Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
